Hi all, Bill Zielke here, senior director on the Merchant Services team. Last month, Forrester Research and Javelin Strategy and Research issued reports on the state and future of e-commerce. Javelin found that, despite the economic downturn, domestic e-commerce grew at a staggering pace - nearly 11 percent from 2008 to 2009. Both reports also revealed the incredible growth that we'll be seeing in e-commerce in the coming years.
