I sometimes try and review various content management systems because I need to be in the loop of what types of tools I can recommend various people with different backgrounds. To me, the main advantages of using a CMS are: (!) The ability to manage many websites from one dashboard; (!) The ability to effectively distribute tasks between many users (even if they have very basic tech knowledge).
