The mortgage and loans vertical had an down year in 2009 due to the busting of the housing bubble in late 2008 that significantly dropped traffic due to decreasing home values. Delinquent loans continued to increase in 2009 due to unemployment and a poor economy causing home price to continue falling and making banks more restrictive on issuing loans. 2010 will continue to be a slow year for mortgage and loans.
