Im a loyal user of a leading diaper brand. Or, I was until recently. I went to Diapers.com to order diapers and discovered that a new product had replaced the kind I used to buy. The worst part? The new product was averaging 2 out of 5 stars with reports from consumers of leaking and diaper rash. So, I did what I imagine most consumers would do. I switched brands. I was reminded of a quote from a Razorfish Digital Outlook Report from a few years back.
