Digg will lift bans on all domains in version 4. A big change in their v4 interface is that Digg is allowing publishers to open official publisher accounts for their websites. More topics will be covered on Digg. Users will be exposed to content Dugg by the people or accounts they follow. Many media properties with which I work are already acquiring followers having opened their accounts on the new interface.
