by Claudine Zap It's official: San Francisco is Scrooge when it comes to fast food. The city has proposed a ban on toys included in kids' meals that are short on nutrition but big on fun. That's right: A McDonald's Happy Meal could just be' something kids eat when their parents don't want to cook. If the ban goes through, eateries would need to cut French fries portions in kids' meals, or add fruits and veggies to make the Happy Meal also a healthy one.
