Hi, everybody. My name is Wendy Roberts, and I work on consumer protections at PayPal. Today, we announced that we'll expand our buyer protection policy beginning Nov. 1, 2010. Just in time for the holiday shopping season, no matter where a shopper uses PayPal (on the millions of Web sites that accept PayPal around the world), they will be protected if they don't receive the items they purchased or if the items are significantly different than described by the merchant.
